My dear Derek,

Much enjoyed our meeting.

I enclose a non-Fox poem which I wrote
for reasons I'll tell you about later.

What do you think ? ("Dandered" is Scots
and Ulster dialect for "strolled".)

I've also written a new Fox called xxxx
"Beside the Shalimar" and will send you a
copy when revised. The Captain in India,as
you might suppose. He gets around, doesn't
he ?

Hope all goes well.

Love to you both -
Robert

Just recieved a good book from "Hibernia"
- Philip Callow: "Son and Lover - The young Lawrence"
(Bodley Head)
